In a very early phase Loxxess began by focussing on product and market oriented services. These include activities such as preliminary and module assemblies, kit and set production, setting up displays at the point fo sale, packaging functions, labelling and many further manipulative services.

Loxxess's IT facilities were extended to support these processes with functionalities such as production planning, disposition, line planning and resolution of parts lists.

In this way, capital binding activities are not carried out until immediately before the time at which they are needed, such as, for example, as in the context of a build on demand strategy.
